Mr. Aditya Pande is the Group Chief Executive Officer of InterGlobe Enterprises. He is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic vision and driving the growth of its diverse businesses and corporate functions.

With over 25 years of multi-functional experience in strategic roles, Mr. Pande has built a distinguished career. Prior to joining InterGlobe, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Udaan for three years, where he was responsible for finance, governance, fundraising, business strategy, and growth. His professional journey also includes key roles at InterGlobe Aviation Limited, General Electric Company, and Arthur Andersen, where he honed his expertise in finance and strategic thinking. Mr. Aditya brings extensive experience in partnering with business leaders, investors, and teams to drive sustained business growth. With a strong track record in leadership, he fosters a high-performance culture across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.

He also serves on the Board of the Global Risk Management Institute, supporting education in the field of risk management.
