Ankit Sharma is the Managing Partner of InterGlobe Aviation Ventures LLP, where he brings deep investment expertise and strategic leadership to oversee the Fund’s day-to-day operations. He leads fund-raising efforts and manages key relationships across investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Before taking on this role, Ankit served as Head of Ventures at InterGlobe Aviation Limited, where he played a central role in building the investment arm of IndiGo Airlines from the ground up. His strategic direction and execution were instrumental in establishing and scaling the venture portfolio.

Prior to InterGlobe, Ankit was a Partner at N+1 Capital, where he spearheaded startup investments and engaged in fund-raising from both Indian and global investors. He also gained significant early-stage and growth-stage investment experience at Trifecta Capital, where he was the senior-most member of the investment team. Over his tenure, he contributed to more than 30 investments. Ankit began his career as a credit officer in the large corporate banking division of Axis Bank, providing him with a strong foundation in financial risk and corporate finance.

He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
