Mr. Vineet Mittal is the Nominee Partner from Agile Airport Services Private Limited. He is Senior Vice president (Finance) in InterGlobe Aviation Limited. He joined InterGlobeAviation Limited prior to the commencement of our commercial operations in 2005 and brings more than twenty-five years of experience in finance. He was responsible for all company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, financial reporting, tax, cost optimization, corporate financial planning and analysis and establishing finance system, processes, and controls. In his current role, he is responsible for corporate financial planning and analysis, risk management, procurement, administration, and venture capital. He is holding directorship in Agile Airport Services Private Limited and InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC Private Limited.

Prior to joining InterGlobe Aviation Limited, Vineet started his carrier with Ernst and Young international (worked in Indian and overseas) and was part of statutory and internal audit teams. He also worked at DLF as Deputy Manager (Finance) responsible for finance function and corporate audit.

Vineet is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (“ICAI") and a Cost and Work Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountant of India (“ICMAI"). He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University.
